Due to ongoing and continued success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and forward-thinking Team Leader to join our team at one of our Sites in Chester you should have good communication skills, look smart and have experience within the security industry.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • To Manage and lead the security team
  • to make sure all patrols are completed and logged
  • to make sure all paperwork and incident reports are completed and sent to the manager
  • to supervisor all staff members on site
  • Demonstrate their character as determined, trustworthy, attentive, and always approachable when welcoming clients and customers
  • to report any faults with the vehicles/mobile phone/CCTV/or general site issues
  • Work permit checks
  • Checks within the premises
  • At all times represent the business in the right manner
  • Patrolling of the premises
  • Radio comms
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety

The successful applicant will:

  • Have an excellent command of the English language.
  • Can present themselves in an extremely professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guarding Licence
  • Driving Licence
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • Suitable method of transport
  • An ambitious personality and willing to grow with the business
