Our client based in the Chester area are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis. We are seeking a proactive and attentive individual to join the middle office support team based on the Chester Business Park. The position offers a dynamic and fast-paced working environment within a friendly and experienced team. Full training on processes and systems will be provided, with continuous support from both colleagues and clients.
Performance Objectives
- Providing sales support for both internal and external sales teams, handling and processing agreements delivered to customers.
- Coordinating with our internal team, customers, suppliers and funders to gather necessary documentation for processing funding deals.
- Managing queries from internal and external stakeholders related to ongoing or past agreements.
- Maintaining and updating internal records accurately.
- Issuing invoices as required.
- Compliance awareness ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Person Specification
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise daily tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Capable of problem-solving under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both customers and suppliers.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
