Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage with clients via phone, email, social media, and other channels
- Collaborate with team members to maximise potential revenues from existing customers.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Assist in arranging and conducting product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress using our CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management-based role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and enhance sales techniques.
