Description
Reporting into the Office Manager the successful sales administrator will have the following duties:
- Your main responsibility will be to act as first point of contact for all enquiries - having excellent customer service from start to finish
- Provide key information and support in relation to the businesses services
- Ensure efficient and highly organised management of database and key information onto the system
- Communicating about all solutions and services the business offers
- Ensuring a seamless flow of information to the sales team.
