Properties Case Handler
Temp-Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (60-minute lunch break) or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (30-minute lunch break)
Office-based role
£24,000 - £26,000 per year, with opportunities for additional monthly commission!

As a Properties Case Handler, you will:
- Manage new cases from onboarding to resolution
- Oversee your own case load with attention to detail
- Engage in direct branch case reviews and administrative tasks
- Drive income recovery through effective communication and negotiation
- Produce both template and custom letters for varied situations
- Keep the management team informed about case statuses
- Collaborate with in-house solicitors for legal insights as necessary
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- An investigative mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent letter writing and communication skills
- Good listening and negotiation skills
- A confident and professional telephone demeanour
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
- Self-learning abilities and adaptability
- Previous experience in a Recoveries or Collections role preferred
- Familiarity with the properties industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of relevant legal principles
Familiarity with case management software and MS Office Suite is beneficial.
