We’re recruiting for a Data Protection Officer to build a Data Protection Function for WorkNest - If you have considerable experience and understanding of data protection regulations we’d love to hear from you!

This is an exciting position to build a Data Protection function in WorkNest, part of the GRC Group. You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring WorkNest comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

Drawing on your considerable experience and understanding of data protection regulations you will support the business in delivering compliant, effective policies in support of the delivery of business objectives. Working closely with the leadership team you will provide the business with both verbal and written advice and guidance which provide a view on compliance requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, are essential. With a customer-centric, collaborative, and inclusive leadership style, you’ll inspire teams to achieve business goals, manage change effectively, and foster a positive culture. You’ll excel in navigating complex environments, balancing multiple priorities, and demonstrating excellent planning and project management abilities.
