This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in managing customer journeys, with a particular focus on TSYS TS2 systems. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with TSYS TS2 and a strong understanding of system specifications, design, and testing requirements. * Hands-on experience with TSYS TS2 required.* Strong understanding of system specifications, design, and testing requirements.What you'll do:As a Customer Journey Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing customer journeys, particularly focusing on TSYS TS2 systems. You will utilise your expertise in TSYS TS2 to handle various tasks including design, testing, and running macros. Your responsibilities will also include producing Migration Statements of Work (SoE), handling incident triage during conversions, and overseeing the implementation of conversions in line with technical requirements. Collaboration is key as you work closely with various teams to understand requirements and deliver conversions. Additionally, you will support the delivery of the Epic for assigned business areas and define process maps for conversion journeys.

* Utilise hands-on experience with TSYS TS2, including design, testing, and running macros.

* Produce Migration Statements of Work (SoE), design and testing requirements.

* Handle incident triage and ensure a seamless customer experience during conversions.

* Understand and oversee the implementation of conversions in alignment with documented technical requirements.

* Work closely with the Client Project Manager, Architecture Team, and existing Customer Journey Management (CJM) Team to understand requirements and deliver conversions.

* Support the delivery of the Epic for assigned business areas.

* Define and produce process maps for conversion journeys by customer segment.

* Actively participate in regular stand-up calls with the Product Owner.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Journey Manager role brings proven hands-on experience with TSYS TS2 along with strong knowledge of its commercial aspects. You have previously produced and executed Migration SoE's and are adept at managing customer base conversions in a controlled manner. Your excellent understanding of system specifications, design, and testing requirements will be crucial in this role. You are known for your strong collaboration and communication skills and have the ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

* Strong knowledge of TSYS TS2 Commercial.

* Experience in producing and executing Migration SoE's.

* Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
