My client is a prominent venture capital and investment management company based in Chester, and they are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. This role involves developing and executing dynamic multi-channel marketing strategies across both B2B and B2C sectors, with a focus on enhancing their brand visibility and engagement within financial and professional services. They are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong expertise in CRM and copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Oversee CRM activities, (experience with Microsoft Dynamics desirable), to implement marketing automation, optimise client communication, and drive engagement.
  • Strategic Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business objectives, reaching both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Content Creation: Lead copywriting efforts, producing compelling content for digital and print media, email newsletters, social media, and other platforms.
  • Brand Positioning: Enhance market presence by ensuring consistency and compliance in all promotional activities across channels.
  • Event Management: Plan, promote, and manage events, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen brand awareness and investor relationships.
  • Data Management and Compliance: Maintain and update client databases, adhering to GDPR and FCA financial promotion regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role, ideally within the financial or professional services sectors.
  • Education: Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven experience managing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and work with a variety of stakeholders.

Package:
