Nursery Assistant

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative Nursery Assistant for a nursery in Hoole, Chester to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible!

You’ll need to be a good team player and have the ability to develop positive behaviour strategies with EYFS children, plus have a good understanding of child development and early language acquisition.

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Planning educational activities in line with EYFS guidelines
  • Taking care of children’s personal needs
  • Supervising children and ensuring their safety
  • Nurturing child development through early childhood education

Non-negotiables:

  • Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting.
  • The ability to be guided by the class teacher.
