We are a small, RICS Chartered Building Surveying practice that combines modern approaches with traditional values. As an established yet ambitious firm, we offer a diverse range of surveys and projects.

We are seeking a surveyor who is interested in engaging work and is eager to develop both personally and professionally as the firm grows. There are opportunities for career advancement and the chance to specialize in niche areas.

Ideally, candidates should be located in Merseyside or the surrounding areas, including Cheshire, Preston, or Manchester, as the position is out of office-based work.

Good rates of pay.

ESSENTIAL

  • Must be MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS
  • Qualified as a Building Surveyor
  • Residential Building and Defect Surveys
  • Proven Building Defect knowledge should include (but not be limited to) damp investigations and structural defects, you should be able to investigate, advise, report and specify remedial work.
  • Must have access to a vehicle.
  • Must have his own PI insurance.
  • Must have an Android or IOS device. (software will be provided).
  • Must have some basic surveying tools

DESIRABLE

  • RICS Home Survey level 1-3 experience
  • Commercial and/or Heritage experience.
  • 2+ years PQE
  • Party Wall Act and Party Wall Surveyor Experience

You must possess a strong work ethic with the ability to manage your own workload and have an excellent comprehension of report writing and technical knowledge.
