Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for 2 X Technical Support Technicians for a fast growing engineering contractor who provide technical assistance and installation of bespoke products across the UK and internationally.
The role will be a full time position and the salary range will be dependent off previous experience levels.
Job Duties:
- To support the installation and maintenance of integrated systems
- To provided preventative and routine maintenance checks and modifications
- Provide telephone support to assist with technical queries
- Order, install and return parts
- To travel to sites to provide assistance both in the UK and internationally
The role will be predominatelysite based for an initial 12 month period through a training period to learn and understand a new and developing technology, once the systems begin to be integrated the role will become more site based, with on site visits to UK and abroad customers.
