Hexa Projects is a fast-growing company delivering expert project management solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a hands-on Contracts Manager to lead and oversee new build, fit-out, and social housing projects.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage contracts, procurement, and supplier negotiations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety, and best practices
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Resolve project challenges with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Support business growth by identifying efficiencies and process improvements
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in contracts management and project delivery
- Strong background in building, remodelling & fit-out projects
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and take a hands-on approach
- Experience in social housing & SME environments preferred
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively
