Contract Manager (Supplier Management)

Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global manufacturing client for a Contract Manager on a contract basis for the next 9 months.

This is operating inside IR35 and requires 60% onsite working from their site near Chester.

Overview

The role is required to provide co-ordination and delivery for contract management within the sites in the UK.

You'll liaise with each Site Lead at plant level and UK commodity leads for Hard and Soft Services to ensure contract deliverables, including KPI Analysis, SCM Governance implementation, best practice and CI at all levels.

The role will require support and experience for a wide range of improvements within supply change management governance, the novation of contracts and CAFM support.

Candidate Experience

We're seeking candidates who can offer demonstrable Supplier contract management expertise related to facilities management services, and who have represented clients in supplier reviews. Any prior experience Asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the key "Head Of" stakeholders within facilities and general services you'll review, deliver and monitor the Services delivery to meet identified customer requirements and all reporting.
  • Completion of Supplier KPI's
  • Monitoring of Change Controls
  • Support the development of contracts through performance management - new, revised or novated
  • Lead / support monthly, quarterly and annual supplier reviews
  • Act as UK Focal point for the Central FM&RE SCM
  • Interface with site teams and finance to ensure budget management, risks and opportunities capture
  • Lead any UK tenders within the Services perimeter
  • Lead integration of any new sites of services requirements aligning to UK Strategy ensuring alignment with any specific lease agreements
  • Manage the Service Provider to the agreed KPI's in line with contractual obligations and process and procedures, management of Change Control process
  • Provide leadership, direction and subject matter knowledge within their area of responsibility,
  • Lead / support monthly, quarterly and annual supplier reviews
