A leading Commercial Law firm with offices across the North West are seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Paralegal to join the team at their Chester office. You will have some prior Paralegal experience within Commercial Litigation or a Commercial Property environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience early on in your career with a progressive and supportive firm.The Role:You will be assisting the wider Property Litigation team with a range of Property Litigation matters. You will be able to work both as a team and independently.Duties will include:Supporting the Solicitor with their case load and carrying out various duties such as dealing with new enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone and in person, taking new instructions, preparing letters before action, preparing various court documentation, drafting witness statements, preparing trial bundles.You will be attending court to assist counselDealing with debt recovery claimsDrafting notices to terminate residential tenanciesUsing HM Land Registry portal and Companies House The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience within a Commercial Litigation or Commercial Property environment.Previous Paralegal experience is essential.Strong knowledge of Microsoft WordCommercially focusedExcellent attention to detail and well organisedClient focusedExcellent time management skillsAble to work individually and as part of a team with flexibilitySalary and Benefits:Competitive salary, depending on experienceExcellent benefitsExcellent training and career development opportunities.Please click apply.
