Page Personnel are exclusively partnering with a leading Financial Services business, based in the centre of Chester, who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. As part of this newly created role, you will take full responsibility for your own ledger.

Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for

  • Proactively chasing outstanding debt via telephone, letter, and email
  • Building positive working relationships with customers
  • Assisting in setting up new accounts
  • Providing support on the high risk ledger
  • Query resolution

Profile

The successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A proven track record within a busy Credit Control role
  • Proficiency in using financial software and databases
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of financial regulations and standards

Job Offer

  • An annual salary in the region of £25,000 - £27,000
  • Quarterly bonus (circa £300 per quarter)
