A global business, with multiple sites in England, they are looking for a skilled Customer Service Administrator to ensure a seamless customer experience.Your new roleYou will play an integral part of the team, providing high quality customer service by working closely with logistics and supply chain to process orders, following the lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority.What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent communication skills, with a proven administrative ability to deliver key objectives, ensuring deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will be able to solve diverse customer problems, to check and raise credit applications whilst remaining calm and focused under pressure and capable of dealing with shifting priorities.
