Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Chester City Centre

Remuneration: Salary range of 23,500-25,000

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position

Hours: 8am-4.30pm / 9am-5.30pm - rota'd basis

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional phone-based customer service to contractors, addressing their queries and assisting with their needs.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Guide contractors through the registration process and proactively follow up on any outstanding documentation.
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks, such as sending out contractor payslips and completing other necessary paperwork.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, working well within a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared objectives.
