Field Sales Support (Office Based)

£23,900 Base Salary, plus £2000 Annual Bonus (paid quarterly)

Permanent 37.5 Hrs (Mon Fri 09:00 17:30)

We offer scalable and highly cost-effective customer acquisition services to clients across a wide range of industries including utilities, telco, and charities, by utilising a growing network of independent sales companies throughout the country.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our head office team for a newField Sales Support roleto assist the operational support function in the business.

The Field Sales Support role provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth field operations and efficient reporting. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a sales environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily reporting, onboarding new sales offices, and providing logistical planning support to help the sales team meet their goals.

Main Duties of a Field Sales Support role:

  • Day-to-day support for the sales teams, account managers, and clients to improve operations, support an increase in sales quality and quantity.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including issue resolution.
  • Assist the Territory Manager and operations team on tasks relating to logistical planning for sales teams.
  • Understand the data and take responsibility for preparing accurate reports, flagging to the relevant parties where data doesn't look right.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales teams and Client Account Managers.

Requirements for a Field Sales Support role:

  • Proficiency in Excel (Desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise effectively, and shift focus quickly.
  • Professional communication skills via email, phone, or in person.
  • Proactive approach to assigned tasks.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales support role.
