Client:

Castlefield are working with an organisation who make a genuine contribution in the local area as they look to recruit an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Advisor to join their team. As being a first point of contact for the company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong inbound call experience and previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

Duties will include:

  • To be the first point of resolution to customers
  • To have detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures across a range of disciplines to ensure that customer contacts receive the correct advice, are escalated when necessary and correctly administered onto the internal system.
  • The key purpose of this post is to resolve telephone, electronic, letter, text customer enquiries.
  • Remain confidential and professional while processing sensitive information relating to customers and clients.
  • Taking a proactive approach to customer care, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising with colleagues and customers via MS teams, phone calls and emails
  • Record every contact, capturing quality customer information, including profiling data in line with guidelines such as GDPR and PCI compliance.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Have excellent administration experience
  • Be empathic and have resilience
  • Have a positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
