Ready to lead digital campaigns that fuel adventure and make a real impact? We're on the lookout for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to take the reins of our digital strategy and drive growth through bold, effective campaigns.

Working closely with a Marketing Officer, you'll plan, create, and deliver digital marketing that boosts engagement, drives registrations, and builds brand awareness across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on Management of PPC Channels – Google Ads & FB Ads
  • Lead Digital Campaigns across Paid & Organic Social, email
  • Manage website content, and work with Web Agency and analytics (GA4)
  • Create Content using Adobe Creative Suite & Premiere Pro
  • Write compelling Copy for blogs, emails, and brochures
  • Manage Meta and Google Ads budgets and performance
  • Support charity partners with toolkits and marketing materials
  • Line-manage the Marketing Officer and report on KPIs
