French Speaking Talent Acquisition Associate - Chester (France Region Support)

As a key part of the team, you'll assist recruiters in managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and high-quality experience for managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Support Recruitment Operations:

  • Manage CV tracking, requisition handling, interview scheduling, and candidate checklists.
  • Ensure accurate updates in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate contracts and oversee pre-employment screening processes.

Stakeholder & Process Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and HR teams.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about recruitment processes and timelines.
  • Handle daily recruitment queries efficiently, escalating when needed.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

  • Prepare and deliver reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) within set deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team.
