Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join a high performing Recruitment team. This role will be based on-site in Chester with hybrid working, supporting all lines of business in the France region.
As the Talent Acquisition Associate. you must be fluent in French and will be supporting a team of recruiters in the execution of professional hiring activity from Analysts through to MD hiring. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team with a focus on ensuring an efficient, compliant and quality recruitment process for both managers, candidates and internal HR stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and attracting top talent
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with relevant parties.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assisting in onboarding new hires.
- Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Associate must have:
- A background in Human Resources, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Speak French fluently
- Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a keen eye for talent
Job Offer
