Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of their client, a leading automotive manufacturing company based in Ellesmere Port. They are looking for multiple experienced Production Operative to join their team on an ongoing basis. As an essential part of operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring production runs smoothly.
Hours: must be flexible across different shift 0700 - 1500 , 1500 - 2250, 2250 - 0700
Location: Ellesmere Port
Basic pay of £14.29 per hour, with added shift allowance for rotational work.
Shift allowance ranges from 11% - 18.44%
Over time Saturday Time and half , Sunday Double Time
Key Duties
- Working on a fast paced production line
- Assembling various parts on to vehicles
- Checking part quality prior to shipping
- moving of press products to rails,lifting.
To be considered for this role, you must have a
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, Automotive desirable.
- Ability to work a 2 or 3-week rotating shift pattern of Days / Afternoons and Nights as our production runs 24/7
- Transport to be able to get to and from site as no public transport will accommodate the shift pattern or location
In addition to this, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work well as part of a team and independently. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are also key attributes we are looking for in a candidate.
