Your new companyUK-wide multi-site services business based in the Chester / North Wales region. Your new roleThe finance analyst will play a key role in supporting the Finance and Commercial teams by providing data-driven insights, financial analysis and business partnering support. You'll focus on enhancing reporting, streamlining financial processes and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. Job duties include:
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess profitability and new business opportunities.
- Provide property analysis, P&L analysis, and financial support to Marketing and HR.
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to enhance reporting tools and data analytics.
- Build, maintain, and improve the sales bonus scheme, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse sales performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support period-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for personnel costs.
- Identify efficiency opportunities within existing financial processes and reporting structures.
- Drive automation and system enhancements, reducing manual work and improving accuracy.
