Role responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients across audit, accounts and business advisory work
- Planning, leading and reviewing audits, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Reviewing year-end accounts, tax computations and management reports
- Providing advice to clients on systems, processes and financial controls
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Leading and mentoring a team of junior and senior staff, supporting development and review
- Contributing to business development and identifying opportunities to enhance client services

Candidate requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience in audit and accounts
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and lead audit assignments
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering a high standard of service
- Experience managing and mentoring team members
