About the Role:In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client's financial operations. You will work closely with leadership teams, ensuring that financial management, forecasting, and organisational health strategies are effectively executed. Here are some of your key responsibilities:
- Oversee headcount reporting, financial management, and cost allocations for various divisions.
- Drive the organisational health strategy and target operating model.
- Conduct strategic reviews of business models and target state plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to update operations and market leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Streamline business management processes and workflows to enhance department strategy.
- Partner with business management leads to ensure consistent execution of organisational health strategies globally.
What You Bring:We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in a similar role within a large-scale organisation. Your experience will include:
- Financial management skills, including budget monitoring and forecasting.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A methodical and organised approach to work.
- Previous experience in people and resource management.
- A degree is preferred but not essential.
