Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within an accountancy firm
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualification is preferred
- £120,000 - £180,000 pa
- Permanent, full-time role
