Administrator 

Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Chester area who urgently require an interim Administrator

The key role responsibilities are:

  • Acting as a the single contact for the referal team 
  • To book appointments following service standards. This will require having direct contact with distressed and anxious patients and their relatives
  • Accurate and timely inputting onto department database, maintaining data storage and archiving of data as required and in accordance with procedure
  • To chase and process referalls, including the gathering and collation of relevant documentation
  • Photocopying scanning and word processing documents, letters, emails, minutes and reports as and when required
  • Monitoring the team email box and distributing emails to relevant team members
  • Liaise with different departments and reffers
  • Attend and arrange meetings- with some note taking
  • To be comfortable with MS Office and MS Teams
