Salary:£25,000 Base - Plus Uncapped Commission - OTE £700 - £1200

Hours:Full Time - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours.

Note:Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - staggered finish times of 17:30/18:00/18:30/17:30 & 16:00, shift pattern also Includes 1 to 2 weeks of late shifts 11:30 - 19:30/12:00 - 20:00. 37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays).

The duties of aSales Representativeare:

  • Contacting existing and lapsed customers to renew their energy contracts, all warm leads (no cold calling).
  • Assessing customer satisfaction with current supplier and switching if necessary.
  • Continually meet and exceed the objectives and targets set.
  • Dealing with customers requests for information and objections.
  • Deliver consistent high levels of customer service.
  • To be able to learn excellent Commercial Utility Sales knowledge, alltraining will be provided. (Gas, Electric, Telecoms, Broadband & Water)
  • Excellent Fact Finding Skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Have the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
  • Be able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve targets.
  • Have strong communication skills.

To be considered for this role of aSales Representative,successful candidates will have the following:

  • Have worked in a customer facing, telephone or similar sales role, experience in closing deals is desirable but not essential or have a passion for sales/helping customers save money, with a target driven mindset
  • Be target driven and able to provide good customer service
  • Be able to build a basic knowledge of broadband and/or the energy industry
  • Be able to close deals from warm leads
  • Happy to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
  • Can build relationships with customer and colleagues alike
  • Be motivated and outgoing to contribute towards team morale
  • Be able to follow GDPR guidelines and always uphold excellent call quality.
