Salary:£24k - £25k Base DOE + Uncapped Commission, OTE £700 - £1200

Key responsibilities of a Broadband Telesales Agent:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote broadband services.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored broadband solutions.
- Handle sales leads and convert into customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with customer details and sales progress.
- Previous sales experience or similar desirable but not essential.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven individual.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Computer literate and the ability to use CRM software.
