Key Responsibilities:- Conduct snagging inspections on completed projects, identifying and documenting any defects or unfinished work. - Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks as required, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. - Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Maintain an organised work space and adhere to health and safety regulations. - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding work progress.

Requirements:- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and building regulations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
