Snagger / Handyman

Location: Deeside
Position: Snagger / Handyman
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays)
Rate: 20 per hour

Search is a reputable construction recruitment company dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled Snagger / Handyman to join one of our big clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct snagging inspections on completed projects, identifying and documenting any defects or unfinished work.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks as required, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain an organised work space and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding work progress.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and building regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
