Role Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised, compassionate care for children with complex needs, including supporting them during fun activities.
- Conduct regular checks and assist during the day sits with them
- Maintain thorough care records and ensure effective communication with the care team.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in every interaction.
- Some personal care is required such as toileting, showering, changing pads.
We’re looking for:
- Individuals with experience in children's behavioural care, or those with 6 months’ professional experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker.
- A kind, resilient, and compassionate nature with the ability to build strong, consistent relationships and enagaging and fun persona towards clients activities.
