- Manage payroll for 800-900 weekly paid employees
- Use the My Digital payroll system (training provided)
- Supervise and support a team of 2 payroll assistants
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
- Handle payroll queries and ensure employee records are maintained
- Process tax codes, starters, and leavers
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and regulations
- Provide support for internal and external audits related to payroll
- Previous payroll experience, ideally with weekly paid staff
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of payroll systems (My Digital experience a plus, training will be provided)
