Proactive Personnel are thrilled to be working with a global warehousing, logistics and supply chain business to recruit for a HR Manager to join their dynamic team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic HR leader to shape and lead the companies HR function through an exciting period of growth.

The HR Manager will be working closely with and supporting senior management in this critical leadership role to create and implement strategies, lead HR initiatives and maintain & build upon the extremely positive workplace culture that is already in place.

HR Manager Package-

  • Hybrid position (2-3 days on site at either Wrexham/Deeside premises).

HR Manager Duties -

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies in line with UK Employment Law and the company’s business goals.
  • Working closely with senior management to advise on personnel related queries.
  • Leading the full recruitment lifecycle and driving employee development.
  • Managing employee relations and promoting a strong, positive work environment.
  • Driving L&D programs, developing training programs and championing employee skills and career growth.
  • Overseeing the payroll and benefits function.
  • HRIS management & providing data driven reports to influence business decisions.

HR Manager Skills/Experience -

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Strong and proven experience within a senior HR role, ideally with multi-site experience.
  • Knowledgeable within UK employment law, best practices and compliance.
  • Strong leader with fantastic people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
