HR Advisor Location: Chester Salary: c.£35,000Contract: 6-Month FTC Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a growing Housing Association on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential for driving the success of our People Services and Organisational Development functions. Key Responsibilities: HR Advisor

  • Employee Lifecycle: Enhance and support the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and manage the employee lifecycle effectively.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations cases with a focus on resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • People Strategy: Assist in the implementation of the Group's People Strategy and develop employee engagement initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Organisational Development: Contribute to workforce planning, talent development, and succession management.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure employment terms, policies, and procedures are up-to-date, competitive, and compliant.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management teams and drive employee engagement.
  • Competency in using HR systems and producing reports.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator.
  • Passion for people development and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
