Hiring for a 2nd Line Helpdesk Support for a global SaaS company in Chester. There are looking for someone to join the helpdesk, helping to ensure that the team meet their users’ expectations in providing support.
The role has a varied working pattern. Some weeks 5 days in the office, some weeks remote, with a varied team rota covering the hours between 6am and 6pm.
They are a social team with good technologies.
The Skills Needed
- Analyse and troubleshooting skills
- SQL knowledge
- Database administration knowledge
- Ability to creating and run SQL queries
- Customer Service skills with good communications in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge in Operation and support for IOS, Windows and Android
