IT Support Engineer
Contract role - Inside IR35
The role is onsite 5 days per week in their Cheshire office
250 to 300 p/day
An opportunity has become available to join a technology organisation as an IT Support Engineer on an initial 1 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document and track issues using our ticketing system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a 2nd and 3rd line support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience supporting a broad range of hardware
