A UK-based managed services company is seeking a 2nd / 3rd line Support Engineer for a contract position in Deeside.
The role involves floorwalking, troubleshooting user devices, addressing complex MS application issues, and managing Active Directory.
Candidates must have extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting MS applications and Active Directory.
Excellent communication skills are required, along with the ability to commute to Deeside five days a week.

We are partenered with a UK based managed services company who are currently supporting an end client in Deeside. Together, we are recruiting for a 2nd / 3rd line Support Engineer on a contract basis to provide support to users on site.

General duties include:

Floorwalking

Troubleshooting user devices

Troubleshooting complex MS application issues

Perfoming active directory

To qualify:

Highly experienced in managing and troubleshooting MS applications

Highly experienced with active directory

Excellent communication skills

Able to commute to Deeside 5 days a week
