Our client is seeking a Senior Insurance Investigator to join their remote Insurance Desktop Investigations team.
The role involves conducting remote investigations into motor insurance claims and requires extensive experience in motor fraud insurance claims and previous fraud interviewing experience.
Key responsibilities include completing investigations within set timelines, serving as a referral point for complex cases, and validating policy coverage.

This is a key role for our client who are looking to expand their Insurance Desktop Investigations team with the appointment of a Senior Insurance Investigator . This role is complete remote investigations into motor insurance claims This role will be remote / home based, Monday to Friday In return, the Senior Desktop Investigator can expect a competitive salary, pension, 25 days annual leave plus much more. Key Duties

Complete appointments / investigations within defined timelines
Be a referal point for complex investigations
Video interviewing
To investigate loss and / or damage claims in detail using all sources available and providing advice and assistance to policyholders
Validate policy cover in relation to the loss or damage

Requirements

Candidate must extensive experience within motor fraud insurance claims
Candidate must have previous fraud interviewing experience
