Our client is seeking a Desktop Insurance Investigator to join their expanding Insurance Desktop Investigations team.
This remote role involves conducting investigations into motor insurance claims from home, working Monday to Friday.
The position offers a competitive salary, pension, and 25 days of annual leave.
Candidates must have prior experience in investigating motor fraud insurance claims and conducting fraud interviews.

This is a key role for our client who are looking to expand their Insurance Desktop Investigations team with the appointment of a Desktop Insurance Investigator . This role is complete remote investigations into motor insurance claims This role will be remote / home based, Monday to Friday In return, the Desktop Investigator can expect a competitive salary, pension, 25 days annual leave plus much more. Key Duties

Complete appointments / investigations within defined timelines
Video interviewing
To investigate loss and / or damage claims in detail using all sources available and providing advice and assistance to policyholders
Validate policy cover in relation to the loss or damage

Requirements

Candidate must have previous experience within investigating motor fraud insurance claims
Candidate must have previous fraud interviewing experience
