Key Responsibilities
路Manage and prioritise your own caseload, delivering high-quality work to meet client expectations.
路Prepare initial site reviews and develop site-specific strategies tailored to client needs.
路Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, including drafting detailed reports.
路Provide bespoke advice to clients, ensuring their objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
路Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals, including architects, landscape consultants, and ecological experts.
路Engage positively with Planning Officers, Councillors, statutory bodies, and the public.
路Lead project meetings and negotiate to secure the best outcomes for clients.
路Collaborate with and support team members, sharing workloads and working on joint projects.
路Manage budgets, time recording, and invoicing to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements
路Proven experience in town planning, ideally within the private sector.
路Strong knowledge of planning legislation and the ability to provide expert advice.
路Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
路A proactive and organised approach to managing projects and meeting deadlines.
路Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
