A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experiencedSolicitororChartered Legal Executivewith over 5 years of post-qualification experience to join a highly-regardedCommercial Propertyteam based in Chester.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-quality, complex, and varied caseload, which will include:

  • Easements and wayleaves
  • Option agreements and leases
  • Sales of land with development potential, including overage provisions

The candidate will act on behalf of a wide range of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders, many of whom have a longstanding relationship with the firm.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience inCommercial Property law
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Be confident in managing multiple priorities and working under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Show a high degree of professionalism and integrity
