A Commercial Property Solicitor is required for an expanding specialist Property team in beautiful Chester.

The Commercial Property department continues to go from strength to strength across its network of offices (Chester and North Wales) and is keen to add an experienced, ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to the team. The team deals with a variety of matters, including agricultural property, option agreements and leases, sale of land for development and property development to name but a few.

You will be a Solicitor with demonstrable experience (2-6yrs PQE) gained in a renowned Commercial Property department. Ideally, you'll have had exposure to a plethora of issues on behalf of a range of clients, from landowners right through to sizeable companies. Agricultural experience would be beneficial but is not essential. The team deals with a range of work and you'll be given the time and support in any areas requiring it!
