Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal ExecutiveLocation: Chester (Hybrid)Salary: circa £60,000 + Excellent Benefits My client is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their well-regarded Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking career progression within a supportive and professional environment. The role is based in Chester, with hybrid working options available. The Role:The successful candidate will manage a high-quality, complex, and varied caseload, including:
  • Easements and wayleaves
  • Option agreements and leases
  • Sale of land with development potential (including overage provisions)
Experience in agricultural property work and/or property development would be beneficial but is not essential. The role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders, many of whom have been longstanding clients of the firm. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, confidence when dealing with clients, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
