This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration, who is looking to develop their expertise while supporting one of the Senior Solicitors in the team.The ideal candidate will have experience advising high-net-worth clients on wills, inheritance tax planning, and asset protection, alongside a strong knowledge of Capital Taxes. My client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can build strong relationships with clients, offering a high level of service and managing a varied caseload of complex matters. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously will be key to success in this role.The Wills, Trusts & Tax team is highly ranked in both The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, known for its work with high-net-worth individuals. The team is led by a Head of Department with a wealth of expertise in the field, regularly speaking at seminars on inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection.
