ABOUT THE FIRMOur client, a highly reputable law firm, is seeking a Secretary/Paralegal to join their well established and reputable Dispute Resolution team in Chester. The firm is well-regarded for providing high-quality, results-focused legal advice and experienced successful growth over the last few years. ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team, you will support one of the partners with various responsibilities. Your duties will include audio typing, handling telephone enquiries, diary management, preparing legal documents and court bundles, writing legal letters, proofreading, and formatting documents. You will also conduct legal research, liaise with courts, experts, and other third parties, and assist with file management and compliance checks.This full-time position offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package. Working hours are from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm.ABOUT YOUTo excel in this role, you should hold a Law degree and be either studying towards or have obtained your LPC or SQE. Proven experience in a Dispute Resolution or Litigation setting is ideal but not essential. Strong administrative skills and the ability to provide high-standard support are crucial. You should be confident with excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with team members, colleagues, third parties, and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
