Responsibilities:
- Anticipate factors influencing demand and align supply to meet Company KPIs and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate accurate forecasts and drive effective decision-making.
- Manage supplier orders and depot goods, ensuring capacity limits are not exceeded.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners.
- Maximise product availability while managing stock levels within budget.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and effective time management.
- Continuously drive improvement in systems and processes, and embrace constructive feedback.
- Consider the customer in all decisions and actions.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and warehouse/store replenishment systems.
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems with agility.
- Proactive approach to own development, seeking training or coaching when needed.
