They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics and supply chain processes. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in transportation management systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Duties

• Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient shipping and receiving of products.
• Utilise transportation management systems to track shipments and manage logistics data.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist with data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
• Monitor supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding logistics operations.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when liaising with clients and partners.
