Proactive Personnel are thrilled to be working with a well established, national business to recruit for a Warehouse Manager to join and lead their thriving warehouse team based on the outskirts of Chester.
This role would suit an experienced, hands on Warehouse Manager with strong man management skills to motivate the team and run a successful and smooth operation, ensuring customer orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner.

- Competitive starting salary of £35,000 per annum with room to progress (salary review after 6 month probation).

Warehouse Manager Duties -
- Responsible for the management of order fulfilment, ensuring quality is a priority.
- Ensuring maximum warehouse efficiency by daily planning of operations, delegating appropriately and maintaining high standards across the warehouse.
- Leading and developing the warehouse team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Championing Health and Safety amongst the team, keeping accidents to a minimum.
- Ensuring company procedures are being followed.
- Stock management and overseeing the coming and going of products efficiently.
Warehouse Manager Requirements -
- 3 years + experience within a warehouse management role.
- Confident working on warehouse management software.
- Excellent awareness of Health and Safety.
- FLT License.
- First Aid & Fire Marshall training would be beneficial but not essential.
